Peter de Graaf brings energy, hard work and more than a combined 30 years of experience to every real estate transaction. Since joining RE/MAX in 2004, Peter has been one of the company’s top agents, and the team was the #1 RE/MAX team in Muskoka in 2016-2024. The creation of “The Peter de Graaf Real Estate Team” was the culmination of all his years of experience and the realization that the world and the Real Estate business were quickly changing and it was time to embrace “change” to take his business to the next level or get left behind like so many other realtors have experienced. The team approach to Real Estate also provided Peter and his team members with an improved quality of work/life balance which has given them more support and enjoyment/satisfaction within the office, enabling them to spend more time doing the other things in life that they love to do as well as spend more time with their families. The team has produced happier Realtors that, as a result, are better able to provide a higher level of service to their clients. It has become a “win-win” for the agent and client. Peter is the proud father of Abigail and Kate and lives in Bracebridge, ON with his wife Kim. Peter is an avid traveler, outdoors and sports enthusiast, on/off road motorcyclist, snowmobiler, skiier and cottager. Peter attended the University of Guelph where he obtained a degree in Management and Economics.

JENNIFER STILSON

Jennifer has developed a very successful Real Estate career in Muskoka based on her excellent work ethic, attention to detail, her commitment to her clients’ needs and her “no nonsense” personality, which, time and time again, “gets the job done”. These qualities have afforded her the privilege of having many repeat clients as well as the referrals from happy clients’ family and friends. Since joining RE/MAX in 2006, Jennifer has been one of the Brokerage’s top Sales Representatives consistently receiving the 100% Club sales achievement award and attaining Platinium Level in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 along with the induction into the distinguished RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2015. Real Estate is one of Jennifer’s many passions. Following a 20+ year career with RBC Financial , Jennifer left the corporate world and followed her dream – Real Estate. Her past financial background and the people skills she had developed gave Jennifer the business acumen necessary to become a successful Realtor, and her clients’ most valuable asset. Jennifer joined the Peter de Graaf Real Estate Team in 2014. Joining this dynamic, progressive, and client-centric industryleading team furthered Jennifer’s ability to service her clients’ needs at the highest level and has also allowed her the personal time to recharge and enjoy life to its fullest. When not working (if that is possible), Jennifer with her husband Jamie have embraced the “farm life”. They definitely enjoy life on the farm raising and breeding horse and chickens and you must never forget their beloved dogs and bevy of barn cats. Jennifer & Jamie are happiest when they are sharing this life with their four adult daughters and their respective partners and their six amazing grandchildren. In her spare time Jennifer loves to read, crochet, knit and cook for her family and friends. If you ask Jennifer how life is going, she would definitely say her life and heart are full!! Jennifer’s field of expertise is Residential Real Estate, Recreational Waterfront as well as Commercial and various types of development property and vacant land.

ANDREW KEITH
Sales Representative

Andrew has created a strong start to his career in Real Estate. Understanding early that communication and customer service is a vital key in any people based industry. Taking an over and above approach to communication, with a mix of strong local knowledge going back three generations. Andrew offers a full perspective of the local Real Estate market with an in-depth perspective and insight into the different history and markets that have occurred within our growing small towns. Since starting with RE/MAX in July of 2020 Andrew has receive multiple Awards including Platinum Club 2021 & 2024 along with #10 Top Ten individual agents Brokerage wide in 2022 and career Hall of Fame award in 2024. Andrew started putting down his own Real Estate roots in Muskoka in 2014 with his now wife Brittany. They purchased their first home in Gravenhurst, and immediately saw the potential and the need for Multifamily homes in our community. Fast forward to today and Andrew is a very proud Dad to 4 year old Juliette and 10 month old Mia. When the opportunity arose the Keith Family purchased a home on Cedar Lane in Bracebridge and are happy to be settling their family into such and amazing community. Andrews goal in Real Estate is to become a community pillar. Someone who can be called upon, looked upon, and trusted to help build a better community for everyone for years to come. When I was a kid, sports teams, community events, and local economy was surrounded by small family businesses and locals supporting local. I look to build a long term career in this community and continue to support and push the small town values many of us were raised on. In Andrews off time, you will find him spending time outdoors all year long. From golfing & Curling at South Muskoka & Muskoka Highlands to atving crown land in Baysville and wake surfing the Muskoka lakes. Andrew looks forward to taking his young daughter on all the adventures Muskoka has to offer.

ANDREW PEGG

In 2021, Andrew joined RE/MAX’s Peter de Graaf Real Estate Team, reuniting with the leader, Peter, who had sold him his first home in 2012. Andrew achieved the 100% Club achievement in his first year, showcasing his dedication and passion in real estate. Beyond real estate, Andrew is a committed supporter of local youth sports, contributing through coaching and sponsorships. Rooted in Muskoka since the 1930s, his family’s ties and a cherished Torrance cottage shaped his deep connection to the region. In 2004, Andrew and his family made Muskoka their permanent home. After attending high school in Bracebridge, Andrew continued his education at Nipissing University by obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Bachelor of Education degrees. Andrew then begun his journey in education as a teacher with Trillium Lakeland’s District School board from 2011 to 2023. Andrew’s love for Muskoka’s beauty, instilled in childhood, extends to his family. With three children— Kiera, Carter, and Ella—they embrace an active lifestyle, from sports to cottage serenity. For Andrew, real estate is more than a job; it’s a lifelong passion. Dedicated to bringing passion, joy and value to clients and the Muskoka community.
