Peter de Graaf and the “The Peter de Graaf Real Estate Team” bring energy, hard work and more than a combined 35 years of experience to every real estate transaction. Since joining Re/Max in 2004, Peter has been one of the Company’s top agents, earning Platinum level sales status every year since 2007 and the Re/Max Hall of Fame honours in 2009.

Peter has built his business upon the “hard work” ethic. He has also puts his clients’ interests and needs above everything else which has rewarded him with his clients’ highly valued referrals of family, friends and colleagues. This key to success is one of Peter’s business mainstays as well as the desire to “work smarter, not harder” and the ability to stay current with technology and the changing dynamics of today’s economies and its various Real Estate markets and to keep learning through continued education. Real estate is Peter’s passion. The creation of “The Peter de Graaf Real Estate Team” was the culmination of all his years of experience and the realization that the world and the Real Estate business were quickly changing due to technology and that it was time to embrace “change” to take his business to the next level or get left behind like so many other realtors have experienced. The team approach to Real Estate also provided Peter and his team members with an improved quality of life/balance which has given them more support and enjoyment/satisfaction within the office, enabling them to spend more time doing the other things in life that they love to do as well as spend more time with their families. Peter is the proud father of Abigail and Kate and lives in Bracebridge, ON with his wife Kim. Peter is an avid traveler, outdoors and sports enthusiast, motorcyclist (on and off road) and cottager. Peter attended the University of Guleph where he obtained a degree in Management and Economics.

Jennifer has developed a very successful Real Estate career in Muskoka based upon her excellent work ethic, attention to detail, her commitment to her clients’ needs and her “no nonsense” personality, which, time and time again, “gets the job done”. These qualities have afforded her the privilege of having many repeat clients as well as the referrals of these happy clients’ family and friends.

Since joining Re/Max in 2006, Jennifer has consistently been one of the Brokerage’s top Sales Representatives and received the 100% Club sales achievement award and in 2015 and was inducted into the distinguished Re/Max Hall of Fame. Jennifer’s quest to become the best agent she can be awarded her with the “Accredited Buyer Representative”; the “Senior Real Estate Specialist” and the exclusive “Luxury Home Marketing Specialist” designations. Jennifer received her Real Estate Brokers license in the last few years.

Real Estate is Jennifer’s passion. Following a 20+ year career with RBC Financial, Jennifer left the corporate world and followed her dream – Real Estate. Her financial background and the people skills she had developed gave Jennifer the business acumen necessary to become a successful Realtor, and her clients’ most valuable asset.

Jennifer joined the Peter de Graaf Team in 2014. Joining this dynamic, progressive and client-centric industry-leading team furthered Jennifer’s ability to service her clients’ needs at the highest level and allowed her the personal time to recharge and enjoy life to its fullest. This proud mother/grandmother spends as much time as possible with her two daughters, two stepdaughters and her 6 amazing grandchildren with husband Jamie.

“Life on the farm” is Jennifer’s second passion. This second family includes 4 prized horses, numerous chickens, 2 Golden Retrievers, 1 Chocolate Lab and 2 cats. Volunteering, cooking, quilting, knitting, crocheting and other such crafts fill up the rest of Jennifer’s time away from the office and give her an all important life balance. Jennifer’s field of expertise is Recreational Waterfront and Residential Real Estate as well as Commercial and various types of development property and vacant land.

Born and raised in Bracebridge Ontario. I became a registered Real Estate agent in 2019. I carry a diploma in community and justice from Sir Sandford Fleming College.

My prior career paths have led to strong communications skills and the ability to tailor each customer relationship in a way that will best suit the customer and make it a memorable experience. I pride himself on being available for his clients 24/7 as well as an over and above approach to communication. I spent prior years with Pride Marine Group in boat sales on Lake Muskoka, Rosseau, and Joe. Being a part of this multimillion-dollar sales team taught me what it would take to be a top level sales rep in a very high end and competitive market place.

I purchased my first home with my wife in Gravenhurst Ontario in 2014. This was our first Real Estate transaction and helped show us the struggles and success that can come from a Real Estate purchase. I take this experience forward to help make sure all of my clients are well aware of everything in the Real Estate process and how we are going to accomplish their goals together. Whether that’s finding their first home, dream cottage, or financial investment.

I look forward to assisting clients from Algonquin Park to Gravenhurst and all the small towns and lakes in between.

Born in Orillia and raised in Port Perry, Andrew moved to Muskoka in 2004. As a child, he spent every summer at his family cottage in Torrance. After attending St. Dominic’s High School in Bracebridge, he went to Nipissing University and graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Bachelor of Education. Since 2011, he has been teaching at various schools within Trillium Lakelands District School Board and is currently at Monck Public School. Living in Muskoka has given Andrew the opportunity to volunteer within the community by coaching basketball for the South Muskoka Breakers and Lacrosse with the Huntsville Hawks. Andrew’s interest in real estate started when he was young, selling their first family home to build a new home here in Muskoka. Since then, he has had the experience of buying and selling his own homes. He is fortunate to have three amazing children. They are a busy family and like to spend their time outdoors, playing sports, camping and enjoying the cottage.
