In 2022 we finally made the decision to put our home up for sale and to relocate north.

Unfortunately our sale was anything buy smooth. A signed and accepted deal fell through on the closing date ( through no fault of our own) and Peter was there helping us to understand and navigate the nightmare which went on for months.

The best experience by far – I’ve had lots of experience with real estate.  I’ve bought or sold five or six houses, and I’ve got to say that of all the agents that I’ve dealt with, Peter’s the best.  Peter gets it.  He really does.  What we really liked was that he listened.  He let us drive the process and not the other way around.  He could have tried to push his own listings down our throat, but he didn’t.
